Happy Halloween from some of my favorite "things" to yours! 🎃
I hope everyone stays safe tonight trick or treating! 🍬🍭
Happy Halloween! 🎃
As families across our community head out for trick-or-treating, let’s make safety a top priority:
✅ Carry a flashlight or glow sticks to stay visible. 🔦
✅ Walk on sidewalks and cross streets at crosswalks. 🚸
✅ Check candy before letting kids enjoy it. 🍫
✅ Drivers—please slow down and watch closely for excited trick-or-treaters. ⚠️
Wishing everyone a fun, safe, and spooky Halloween! 🧡🖤
Today, I had a lovely visit in Harrisburg from my constituent, Pastor Ken Claflin from Hamlin Assembly of God, along with fellow pastors from across the entire Commonwealth. 🙏
Pastor Ken and his colleagues visited offices throughout the Capitol to offer prayers for legislators and staff.
I’m grateful for their uplifting presence and for the meaningful pause during a busy session day - reminding us to keep faith, kindness, and respect at the forefront as we serve the people of Pennsylvania. ✨❤️
We had a great time at the Hotel of Horror this evening - some spooky team bonding with the brave staff! 👻 I wasn’t quite daring enough to go in myself, but I still had plenty of frights (and spooky company) just waiting outside. 🎃 If you love Halloween and some heart-pounding fun, this place is a must-visit! 🕸️
Hear why I`ve been Rocking the Ribbon this month! 🩷🎀
Last week I hosted my third annual "Senator for a Day" seminar at Pocono Township. Over 200 students from across the 40th Senatorial District stepped into the role of a state senator, debating bills, taking positions on key issues, and even amending legislation. 📝
It was inspiring to see these future leaders engage with the legislative process and share their insights. A big thank you to every single participating school in the 40th Senate District, Pocono Township, @northamptoncommcollege, @barleycreekbrewing, and all of the moderators who were able to attend! ❤
I’m excited to see how these talented students will shape our future! ⚖
Today’s carpool … when your staff picks you up for a morning meeting but first, her dog has a drop-off at dad’s shop. 🐾🥰
hear directly from your future senators during our “Senator for a Day” event. 🇺🇸
Hi, everyone! 👋 Senator Brown’s staff here. Please join us in wishing our boss, Rosemary, a very happy boss’ day! 🥳 We are so fortunate to help her serve the 40th district and are consistently inspired by her dedication, hard work, and grace in all situations. ⭐️🇺🇸 Happy Boss’ Day, Senator Brown!
Happy National Farmer`s Day! 🧑🌾
Agriculture is still the backbone of Pennsylvania, our economy, and our local communities. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tim Jaggars at the Robinson Family Farm to learn more about all he does! 🤗
Please be sure to say thank you today to any farmers you may know in our community! ❤️
I joined my colleagues from the Pennsylvania Senate and House yesterday to turn the State Capitol East Wing Fountain pink to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month – honoring survivors, remembering those lost, and encouraging early detection through annual mammograms. 🩷
A special thank you to @senatorkimlward, @senatorfarry, and @pabreastcancer for organizing this beautiful display! ⛲
