The Governor’s address today marks the beginning of our state’s budget process. As a member of the appropriations committee, I look forward to advocating for a plan that protects taxpayers, strengthens our economy, and keeps our state on solid financial footing.

Today, the Governor presented his budget proposal to the House and Senate. While there are some shared priorities, I have concerns about the level of spending. As we move forward, I will work to ensure that our state remains on strong financial footing, focusing on responsible budgeting and fiscal sustainability.

Had a great few days in Washington D.C. for the Presidential Inauguration. 🇺🇸 Great to see so many familiar faces from all across northeast Pennsylvania, including @senatorargall and @repmackenzie. I even ran into our @johnfetterman. Grateful for the opportunity to collaborate and put people above politics every step of the way. ❤️

Today, we officially kicked off the 2025-2026 legislative session🙏✨. I look forward to building on the progress we made last session and continuing to work hard for the 40th District. Congratulations to all my colleagues who were sworn in today! 🎉 I also had the honor of nominating Donetta D’Innocenzo as our Chief Clerk in the Senate 🏛️.
