From a parade to music, vendors, food and even a young entrepreneurial lemonade stand, the community was full of love. β€

During yesterday`s Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing, I joined my colleagues to unanimously approve Suzanne Estrella and Stephen Zawisky for appointments to the Pennsylvania Parole Board! π
I appreciate both Suzanne and Stephen in their dedication to our Commonwealth! πΊπΈ
At last week`s naturalization ceremony, it was an absolute pleasure to meet Hephzibah Kumi-Atiemo, a current Junior at Stroudsburg High School! π€ Hephzibah, whose parents immigrated to the US and became citizens, read her beautiful essay at the ceremony on what it meant to be an American citizen. πΊπΈ
She is a very bright young lady with a vast future full of opportunities awaits her, all the best to you Hephzibah! β€
