Brown to Unveil Legislation Targeting Distracted Driving


HARRISBURG – Sen. Rosemary Brown (R-40) is hosting a news conference to bring awareness to distracted driving in Pennsylvania on Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 10 a.m. in the Main Capitol Rotunda, 501 N. 3rd St, Harrisburg.

During the conference, Brown will introduce legislation which enhances driver responsibility by prohibiting the use of a cell phone or other communication devices while operating a motor vehicle on a Pennsylvania highway or trafficway.
