HARRISBURG – Sen.-elect Rosemary Brown has been named one of Pennsylvania’s most influential female leaders by City and State Pennsylvania.
The honorees profiled are researched by City and State staff and include female politicians, business executives, nonprofit leaders, advocates and others.
“It is truly an honor to be recognized alongside so many influential and intelligent Pennsylvania women,” Brown said. “Especially as a mother of two teenage girls, I strive to be a strong example of hard work, determination, confidence, integrity and compassion that they and other young women can see. Thank you, City and State, for this honor and I look forward to continuing my public service as a state senator.”
Brown was elected to the Senate of Pennsylvania in November after serving in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for six terms. She will be sworn into office on Jan. 3, 2023.
