Senate Bill 73 (Baker) – Amends the State Lottery Law to provide confidentiality of certain prizewinner identities.
Senate Bill 330 (Brooks) – Amends the Sports Raffle Charities Act devoting funds from Major League and Collegiate Sporting Event 50/50 Raffles to Fire Departments.
Senate Bill 398 (Brooks) – Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act, providing that fire companies may conduct up to two online raffles per year.
Senate Bill 416 (Robinson) – Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to allow a licensed organization to accept electronic payment for raffle tickets.
Senate Bill 665 (Langerholc) – Amends Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) to establish Safe Exchange Zones for goods purchased online and child custody exchanges.
Senate Bill 766 (Brown) – Amends the Human Services Code providing for Summer Camp eligibility correction.
Senate Bill 840 (Laughlin) – Amends Title 4 (Amusements) to provide for the reduction in the number of slot machines required at Category 1 and Category 2 Casinos.
