Senate Bill 478 (Farry) – Establishes the Office of Employee Ownership within DCED.
AMENDMENT: A00768 to SB 478 (Farry) – Establishes the Employee Ownership Advisory Board and provides for the powers and composition of the board. Clarifies the proper use of grant funds by an employee-owned enterprise.
Senate Bill 783 (Robinson) – Authorizes Tourism Improvement Districts in the Commonwealth.
