ARCHBALD – Sen. Rosemary Brown (R-40) will be joining Rep. Kyle Mullins (D-112) and the Archbald Borough to host a free identity theft prevention event on Saturday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Valley View School District, located at 1 Columbus Dr., Archbald.
“With identity theft cases on the rise, this event is a great opportunity for residents to safely dispose of documents containing personal information,” said Brown. “Identity theft is a serious issue and we must take proactive steps to protect ourselves.”
Residents are encouraged to bring documents that contain sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, medical information, or bank account numbers, to be thoroughly shredded.
